Shipping and Delivery Information for CatchAndMag.com

It usually takes 1–3 business days to process your order after you receive a confirmation (minor delays may occur). We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship on the same day. You will receive a confirmation via email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. It may take up to 48 hours before you receive this shipping confirmation via email.

Please note that if incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are verified discrepancies in your order, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. We recommend all customers to carefully review their shipping and billing information before checking out to avoid any potential delays.

Your package may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the delivery service’s assessment. Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or door at the specified address, but if the delivery personnel deem it unsafe to leave the package outside, it may instead be taken to the nearest post office or rescheduled for a new delivery.

We have an average delivery time of 6–14 business days.

INCORRECT ADDRESS It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, but there is a very small window to cancel or modify your order. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

If it is too late for our team to modify your order, the only option is to wait and see if the package is returned to our warehouse. If that happens, we can either reship the package to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
