1. Digital images: All uploaded digital photos are securely deleted from our system.
2. Physical photos: Any remaining physical photos are carefully handled and will be responsibly recycled in a secure and environmentally friendly manner.
3. Final product photos: We will not publish any photos of the final product unless you explicitly give us permission when placing your order by selecting the “Yes” or “No” option.

Additionally, our team is exclusively female, ensuring an added layer of security and discretion. We guarantee that no photos will be leaked, shared, or published under any circumstances, respecting your wishes completely. Your trust is our priority.

High-quality, well-lit photos with clear details work best for magnets. We recommend close-up shots for smaller magnets, especially for portraits or special family moments.

Currently, we offer two sizes: square (5x5 cm) and rectangle (8x5.3 cm) and (5.3x8 cm). We’re working on adding more options in the future!

Yes! You can download the photos from Instagram to your device and then upload them to Catch & Mag. Here are a couple of Instagram photo downloaders you can use:

Please note: If the person’s account is private, the photo downloader may not work. Taking a screenshot is an option, but the resolution might be lower than the original.

Since each item at Catch & Mag is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue on our part with your order, please reach out to us right away, and we’ll correct it.

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location but typically take 1-3 business days within the region.

If your package is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at infocatchandmag@gmail.com. We’ll assess the situation and work to make it right. If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a search. While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or a combination based on our discretion.

Currently, we offer shipping within the EU, as well as to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, and Vatican City. For countries outside of Europe, we only ship bulk orders over €150.

However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidental marks caused by improper use of the stickers.
