Items in catchandmag.com are all personalized or custom made, therefore we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges. If there are any mistakes on our part, please send us a message right away and we will fix them.

Damage and Lost Package
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a shipment is suspected as being lost, customers are responsible for reaching out to the shipping carrier to initiate search or trace requests. We are not liable for any stolen or lost package. If deemed lost by the carrier, customers may be eligible for a replacement, partial-refund, full-refund, or a combination thereof at our discretion.
Order Changes
Once placed, orders are considered final. Customers may contact us to request a change, and at our discretion, we may allow and process such changes. However, we cannot give customers a guarantee that their request will be processed.
